How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • In order to return an item, you will need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • You can request an RMA number by any of the following methods: 
    • Emailing RMA Department at rma@supermediastore.com
    • Calling RMA Department at 1-626-363-1490 during business hours, Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 5:00AM PST.
  • Place all original packaging, including invoices, warranty cards, manuals and any related promotional items, into a mail safe box or envelope. 
  • NOTE: SuperMediaStore.com may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete materials and packaging.
  • RMA number must be clearly written on the return package as well as any invoices or packaging slips included in the package.
  • ***Please DO NOT write the RMA number on the actual item!***
  • We require all items be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products. We are not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged during shipment. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy.

    Defective LINKYO Products 

    We gladly accept all defective LINKYO brand products within the year(s) of the purchase date that the product's warranty entitles to. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic shipping to return defective LINKYO brand products. We will issue a prepaid shipping label so that you can return the defective LINKYO brand product free of charge.

    Unless otherwise specified, you may return most new, unopened LINKYO brand products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned non-defective LINKYO products.

    LINKYO Product Warranty

    We offer every customer a full two (2) year 100% satisfaction guarantee that LINKYO brand products, including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, blank CD / DVD media and media accessories, will be free from manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. We will issue a full refund for any defective products that have been under normal use and service for up to two (2) years after your purchase date.

    Non-Returnable Products

    Some products are deemed ineligible for return by SuperMediaStore. If received, these ineligible products will be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified by SuperMediaStore if any such ineligible products are received. We will only keep such products up until 30 days from the date your were notified. We claim no responsibility for the products after the said 30 days. Ineligible products include: 

    • Any product that was not purchased from SuperMediaStore.com
    • Any products that are returned without original packaging and all accessories that shipped with the product. This can included and are not limited to the retail box, manuals, and any other items that were originally included with the product. 
    • Name Brand (Clover/CTG, V7, MSE) and OEM (HP,Canon, Brother, Epson, Okidata, Lexmark, Xerox, Samsung) Original/Genuine Toner and Ink cartridges. Please contact the manufacturer directly for technical support or warranty claims. Contact information can be found below. 
    • Non-defective blank media that has been opened.
