VS650 Semi-Automatic CD DVD Packer for Standard and Slim Jewel Cases

The VS650 CD DVD Packer from Verity Systems has been specially designed to provide a professional packing facility. It is a semi automatic machine for packing CD's and DVD's into regular jewel cases and slim line jewel cases. Not only does the CD Packer place the CD's and DVD's into the waiting case, but it will also place accompanying booklets.

Operation of the disc Packer could not be simpler. Place your booklets in the hopper; press them down on the spring so they are caught under the metal lips of the hopper. Place disc on the disc spindle again pressing them down on the spring until they are all under the catch.

Open the CD box and place it onto the packing platform pressing it against the three round-headed screws. Hold it in position with a finger and press the ?FC?Gstart boxing inch button with your thumb. The robotic arm picks up a disc and booklet and inserts them into the case. Alternatively purchase the optional foot pedal to operate the robotic arm for improved efficiency.

The cost and time savings are enormous. Up to 800 disc can be packed per hour, a fraction of the time taken to pack jewel cases by hand.
