My machine works again!!

A hearty thank you to SuperMediaStore for easing my mind. For months I'd been struggling to get my old Polaroid DRM-2001G DVR w/ burner to burn a disk okay. I use to use the big box store brands. The store bought Sony's got worse over time. And last, the store bought Verbatim Life Series were the worst. They cost a little less, but lately, my machine wouldn't even finalize the disk.
But these Verbatim's (Data Life+ shiny, made in Taiwan)really saved the day! I'm using the DVD+R.

Fast delivery: I ordered product one day and received it the next day. Quality product: Verbatim is the best. Out of over 1000 discs over a two year period, only have had 7 bad discs that wouldn't record.

I have used these "Data Life Plus" DVDs for years and have never had a single coaster from them. I have my daughter's Graduation on one of these from back in 1995 and it has held up like I used it yesterday. If you want to save memories , I highly recommend these discs.

I have used EXACTLY THIS BRAND THE VERBATIM DATA LIFE PLUS SHINNY SILVER 8X DVD+R MEDIA DVD'S. WHENI CAN I GET IN THE 100 PACK AND IF NOT THEN THE 50 PACK, I HAVE USED THESE SINCE 2006 OR MAYBE EVEN EARLIER. I DO NOT USE ANY OTHER PRODUCT AND I AM IN HOPES THAT I WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO ORDER THESE. THE QUALITY AFTER RECORDING IS LIKE YOU ARE ACTUALLY WATCHING TV AND I RECORD ON THE ONE THAT DOES FOR 6 HOURS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THESE. I AM NOT A HIGH TECH PERSON AND WHEN I FIND SOMETHING THAT WORKS FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER THEN I STAY WITH THAT PRODUCT, IRREGARDLESS.

Best I've used to date!

I've used both the Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden. While both deliver excellent results, it bothers me that the center ring of Taiyo Yuden's not the hole but the center ring of the foil is more often eccentric. Of course everything else is uniform or else the results would be poor which THEY ARE NOT! Verbatim's center ring has always been dead on and I seem to have the same excellent results as I do with the Taiyo Yuden.
The uniformity of Verbatim is consistent with the excellent results I get. I'm hoping I someday see Verbatim datalife plus on a shelf at a store rather than being available through the internet. Emergencies do come up and sometimes I need to buy over the counter. Verbatim's "Life series" available over the counter doesn't aptly represent Verbatim's quality.
