I have to have 8x DVD disks for my DVD recorder. It refuses to take anything larger so I use your resource for these disks. Please continue to offer 8x as my DVD Machine is only 2 years old and I wish to use it for quite awhile yet. Thank You.....Ellen

Out of 10 DVD+R I have burned this far, I have gotten errors on 2 of them. After my first error, I set my record speed lower than the 8X rating, which worked until I got the 2nd error... so perhaps I got a couple bad ones in the batch. The rest have worked fine.

I use my DVD recorder to record a television program that I then mass produce and send to eight family members on a regular basis. I also am systematically transferring prerecorded VHS tapes to DVD's. I generally use about 15 DVD's per week. I have found the Verbatim DVD's to work reliably. The Supermediastore carries the 8X DVD that is no longer available in regular retail stores. My top line recording machine takes no higher write speed than 8X. Supermediastore saved me from having to remove my machine from service.
