After repeated write disc failures with another brand, and DVD player lock up while utilizing other brands, I decided to purchase verbatim. Out of the whole stack i didn't have one error or "coaster". If you need a disc that will play on a variety of DVD players then Verbatim is the brand of disc that you need.
