Good for small jobs, not very fast

This works well on silver or white CD/DVD surfaces and produces sharp print most of the time. Sometimes the print doesn't work perfectly, probably a result of using a ribbon cartridge. It's not too noisy, but does take a couple of minutes for each disc if you print in all four sections. The ribbon life states 200, but that means 200 print areas, so if you print all four sections of the disc, you will get about 50 disc per ribbon cartridge (about .20 each).

Everywhere else, the same exact ribbon is $16.95 or more, plus shipping. I've seen them for $40+ before. I have used the $16.95 ribbons, and I have used the $8.99 ones from supermedia. They are the same. No difference at all. Spend $25, and get free shipping. Can't beat the deal no matter how you try.

Would not be good for heavy business use. I usually print on 10 - 15 DVD's at a time and it works great. Have received several compliments about how great DVD looks. Gave up trying to use graphics, capability too limited.
