I havent used the compatiable toners yet in all the colors, but so far, so good. I would like to see an option to return the used comptible cartridges for recycling.

This is the second cartridge from my last order that turned out defective when I installed it the other day. This magenta cartridge smears ink all over the page. Please send me a replacement. rchristian@novatorque.com

Very disappointed these are NOT brother toner cartridges...they are a knock off brand. Yet the site calls them Brother TN-115xx.

Problems with the ink splashing

The ink seems to be runny and is splashing on the paper, leaving little spots all over the paper. It looks horrible. I will be sending this back.
