Nearly good

The shipping was slow, the packaging was good, when I opened the package though a lot of the toner had come out of the cartridge and was all over the place. I cleaned up the cartridge and still used it, because I needed it, and the printing of it was more gray than black. (I had printed a sample using the OEM cartridge I had in the machine previously.) That was disappointing. Not sure yet if I will purchase it again.

The best value--period!

I have tried several different "compatible" toner cartridges in the past where some of them actually "clogged up" my drum and destroyed the organic substrate of it! So much for saving money on dubious "refills." You also may want to stay away from certain eBay companies that try to sell you "OEM" cartridges and refills.

This product, however, works flawlessly! The print is deep black, shows no annoying lines or greyish/smudged surfaces on the paper. If you didn't know it was an OEM product, you would have thought it was the original Brother toner!

This is my second purchase within two years (I usually buy in bulk), and I'm glad that the quality has obviously stayed consistent during that time.

"Value" is only as good as the product's usability. If a product does not deliver, then it doesn't matter how cheap it is--it's useless. But this toner at only 1/3 of the price (with coupon) compared to Staples or OfficeDepot is simply the best value--period!

My package was sent out the next day with tracking number! Couldn't be any happier!

I'll definitely be back for more!
