When receiced toner cartridge was defective yet, delivery time was excellent.

I have been ordering remanufactered cartridges and as time goes on they tend to be defective in some way. This is frustrating because it interfers with my ability to conduct business, cost me more money since I must send the defective product back, and thus is an overall hassel.

I am hoping that the manufacture will do a better job testing their product before they send it out.
