My SuperMediaStore Experience (Please Read!)

I chose to purchase my replacement toner cartridges from SuperMediaStore for three reasons: 1.) Price, 2.) the company's apparent transparency and 3.) the 1 year guarantee. Being that this is my first experience with purchasing refurbished toner, I was very leery of the entire process and of all the companies offering their services. Most companies had incredible prices, but SuperMediaStore was the only one to offer a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE on their products. On top of that, SuperMediaStore's transparency is unsurpassed. This company is the only one who has contact information beyond a mere e-mail address. They offer phone numbers, e-mail addresses and physical addresses for several departments depending on the customer's needs. In this anonymous electronic age, I find that very impressive and allowed me to give them some of my trust. Also, of all the companies that allow product and company reviews, SuperMediaStore is the ONLY one that gave immediate, positive replies to customer complaints and publicly offered to resolve the matter. Again, unheard of in our time!
So, I purchased the toner cartridges at around $100 under what I would've paid for HP brand, and I just received and installed it today. I've run several tests and demos to explore the toner's quality, and I must say, again I am very impressed. It's not high enough quality for publications, but this is for my at-home, everyday use printer, and for that this toner's quality is great!
All in all, great products, at incredible prices from a company that's earned this consumer's trust! Job well done. Hopefully, I won't have to take you up on that 1 year guarantee, but at least if I have to, I know how to contact you. Thanks SuperMediaStore. I'll definitely recommend you!

I have tried "compatible" cartridges with very spotty luck.
I found these "re-manufactured" cartridges here and so far have had complete success.
At half the price of the HP cartridges, these can't be beat!
