Why Pay more for the same value?

I have been using this product for 3 years. Compared to the name brand product, the compatible toner value is the same. The only difference is the price! Number of copies is the same. The price of 5 cartridges is what I would normally pay for 1 (name brand).

I have been buying these for a few years now. The quality is just as good anything I bought in an office supply store, but the price is nothing close. Why pay close to $70 for an official HP cartridge? That just doesn't make sense. I have probably bought close to 20 of these and have been very happy with them. Shipping has always been fast, too. The 5-pack is an incredible price. I have turned on family and friends with the same printer to these.
