Thought I was getting a bargain, but the print quality is terrible. There are black streaks all over the page and they get darker and more prevalent if there's more than one page printed. Won't order again.

I received three cartridges. The first one I tried has jammed gears, the second worked. On trying to get a replacement, I was told that Supermediastore charges for returns even if their own merchandise is defective. I will not be using them again or recommending them to others.

one of the best features of this replacement toner cartridge is that the drum is replaced at the same time and you wont have to suffer the agony of dull prints from drum EOL. your prints continue to remain clear and sharp at a very good price/print. i like this printer so much i have bought three more as gifts (fast start-up, low operational cost). the downside of this 3rd party toner cartridge is the higher failure rate compared to the brand name cartidge. i have one cartridge that is DOA and i still have to replace it.
