Same quality as name brand at an unbeatable price. I use alot of ink so I order by the case of 6. Shipping is fast (a few days). I have run out of cartridges only ONCE before re-ording to find myself at the big box store locally paying close to $100 for one cartridge, kicking myself for running out since I can get a whole case for nearly the same price at Supermedia. And NO, they are not short filled with less ink - I have counted the pages and they are equal or over the yield. Easy to leave a great review. Nothing else to say but great!

I have been ordering our toner replacements from Supermedia because the quality has been good as well as the delivery time. This time, however, we happen to have received a toner that put smudges on our printouts. I called Supermedia and although the customer service said this is a rare happening, they were happy to have us return our toner and send us a new one to replace it. They paid for all shipping too. The new toner we received works great. Thanks for your good service.

These cartridges are the greatest deal ever. I have done a page count on several cartridges and they are spot on for the 2500 page count before they begin to run out. At that point, if you remove it and tilt from end to end to redistribute the toner they will give you 50 or so more copies before they are completely done. Lotta bang for the buck!

Back to Supermedia again!

We ordered our second toner from Supermedia because we were pleased with the quality and price of the first one we purchased. In fact, I tried a different website store's remanufactured toner in between the two. The one not from Supermedia left a couple small black marks on the printouts and also seemed to run out more quickly. For that reason, I went back and ordered another one from Supermedia since we knew we were pleased with the first toner we purchased.
