jams almost every time on duplex

This would have been great, it is so much less expensive than the brand name, but it jams on almost every duplex page. if you have a duplex printer, this will be useless

We needed to change our old Btother drum because certain parts of the printout were faint. Cleaning it did not help. It was damaged due to a paper jam. The replacement drum made the copies come out like factory fresh. Great price, packed well and shipped fast. This can't be beat.

This drum prints so light as if it is on it's last leg but it was right out of the box! I contacted customer service and they did not respond!
