Jennifer arranged for us to get a replacement for our previous drum (we had to pay but got a refund) before we returned the defective one, so we had a working printer at all times.

I guess I'll stay with factory parts from now on. Bad experience when you get bad splotches on multiple spots all over the paper. I used a Brother toner cartridge in an off-brand drum. Don't.
