First one used didn't work.

The first drum we installed did not work well and eventually we had to change it. It was affecting the printing as well. There were strange lines being printed.. We tried changing the toner and the printer said there was no ink, even though it was a brand new toner. We ended up changing to one of the other drums and now it's working alright. Just hope the same thing doesn't happen to the other ones!

Horrible experience

I've waited two months for a working toner cartridge. After I returned the first defective unit, after four phone calls and eight weeks, I'm out my defective toner cartridge and shorted $8 in my "refund". I'll never buy from Super Media Store again!

Although quality is not very good (the cartridge does not fit very well in the drum, it is kind of loose), the price was relatevely good. So far, the printer seems to work fine with it, though.
