Parts were defective and had to be returned

re-manufactured parts were defective in that they "squeeked" when printing. It seemed to be more than one cartridge. I substituted the old ones in one at a time and the noise continued.

Cartridges leave streaks and do not print right

I have a deadline to meet and this set of cartridges as well as the last did not perform well. They leave a lighter color with streaks on the page.

I had to order some genuine HP cartridges to be shipped overnight.

I will not order any more of these! I need a RMA to return them. I will have to look up the last order to get the order number as they did not work either!

An affordable alternative to HP

I have been using this product for about 1 year of continuous use and have found these remanufactured cartridges to be mostly defect free and at a fraction of the price. When a defect becomes apparent, it has been replaced by Supermediastore after returning it without issue.

Color ones are fine, but buy them seperately from the black.

I do not recommend using the remanufactured blank toner cartridges...we have had to replace several before they ran out due to degrading quality.

I have never had a problem with the color ones.

TOTAL FAILURE, NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS

Believe me I wanted these to work. HP charges SO much for their toner, and I was hoping this would make toner more affordable for me. If you google remanufactured toner, you find all these articles that say don't use them because they don't work properly. Then you realize a lot of those articles originate from HP.com or may have been written by HP people to scare you. This is probably true actually, and it's sneaky.

So I figured since that was the case, maybe I shouldn't listen to that and I should save money. Right out of the box, these toners did not perform well, they left strange and weird dots all over my printouts. I had a bad experience with remanufactured inkjet cartridges twice, but I was hoping that toner would be different. It's not.

It's sad, but I'll bet HP has something in their printer software that actually causes non HP toners to not perform properly. I wouldn't put it past them. I hope someone proves this and creates a class action lawsuit or something. But until someone figures this out, they've got us. Can't use these remanufactured ones. Have to purchase the original HP kind for things to work properly. It sucks. But DON'T waste your money and time on these remanufactured things, they WILL disappoint you.
