The first one of these we tried to use, the printing got light within one week.

The ink got light very quickly, within one week. Then, when the person using the printer opened up the printer to take the cartridge out, a piece broke off of the cartridge, rendering it unusable.

A few moments after I placed my order I attempted to cancel this part of the order. There were several emails back and forth with the outcome that I could not change the order. Our printer broke and we can no longer use this kind of ink cartridge. We purchased a new HP laser printer and will need some cartridges in the future. Would it be possible to send this one back in exchange for a cartridge for the new printer? We would hope to not have to pay shipping.
