My husband uses it to burn DVD's of our home movies, for ourselves & family/friends, no-one has complained about quality (skipping, etc) that we've had with other brands.

By far the best thing about TY discs is the reliability. Coasters are just about unheard of and if I had to give a number, I would guess that I have maybe 1 out of every 600. And those could be a hardware fault. Nothing else compares.
