Thye white surface is not printable. I have actually bought sandpaper to wipe off the surface so that my printer can print the titles. Very disappointing. I would not buy this product again. I do have less rejects when using this product for copying.

These are very good DVDRs and I order them consistently. One kudo. If you are going to burn movies to them, watch the movie through before you get rid of the hard drive image, because some of them get glitchy near the end of the movie (center of the disk?).

These DVDs are the best! Will record when others will not. I have used this brand since 1991 back then we only had CDs. I have not yet made a coaster when using Taiyo Yuden. I have also found that slowing down the burn speed creates a very reliable disc. When other brands have been left in the sunshine they are no more. Taiyo Yuden have withstood this exposure. I'm still waiting for one fail. It will be interesting to see how long (years) they will last.
