Better Than Store product ... BUT

I have created 25 coasters out of the last 200 discs purchased. In fact, one cake box came with a broken spindle and when I opened the package the discs fell off the stack. Tried to connect with the RMA department, but there direct phone line is always busy. Asked a customer service rep to pass message.

I have probably used over a thousand of these and maybe 5 coasters which may have been operator error. I always think I am going to buy something different, but tend to buy these as the failure rate is very low.
