The cartridge works perfectly! No problem with the chip and the ink quality is awesome. I have the Stylus 415. I put the cartridge in, the printer did it's thing (processed the cartridge)and all was good. Absolutely worth it. Thank you for saving me from paying double, almost triple your price! I will be back!

My printer did not recognize the cartridge

I installed the cartridge and the printer does not recognize it. I attempted to disconnect the power supply and recycle the system and it still has not recognized the cartridge. I have not had time to call for tech support yet.
