Not the best, but it works.

If it were used everyday to carry an ipad in a bag, it might not be the best, and with a lot of ware, may not hold up, however, I used it just to store an ipad used infrequently. It sits on a shelf and does a great job of protecting the screen. Smelled a little chemically when it arrived, but otherwise fits well and works for what I needed.

Looks good but...

Even a bare iPad just barely fits in the sleve. It is very hard to remove. I turned the sleeve inside out and trimmed off the extra material. That made it useable, if you don't use any protective cover. I use a polycarbonate cover that won't fit in the sleeve and forget trying any of the silicon covers. I think this would be a nice cover for the price if it was a little wider.
