Beginning in 2009, all EIDE drives will be replaced by SATA drives, rendering repairs and replacements for the former drives obsolete. As the next generation technology, SuperMediaStore has opted for SATA-driven drives that offer improved cooling within the duplicator chassis, thin cables for easy routing, and faster data transfer speed. Increased product reliability is the outcome.
