The order came quickly as usual. I have ordered from this store a number of times. Usually the DVDs and the cases because I have a movie addiction. :) They have always been very prompt and quick. This time the cases were not even close to the size I ordered. Not sure how they would get this confused as the size I received was not close to the standard DVD size. I have received the correct size before. I guess everyone makes mistakes. I have not even requested a return because the price was only 12 dollars. I guess I should have anyway.

I believed I was ordering DVD cases 7.5" x 5.25" to fit standard size 4.5" DVD disks. I don't know what PSP or UMD are.

What I need is 50 14mm black cases to fit standard size DVDs, whatever product number you give it.

I need to return the ones you sent. How do I do that?
