Product appears to be good quality. RMA process is Unsatisfactory.

The tapes appear to function adequately though they are "re-furbished." I did have one tape out of dozens that was defective on the outset, no data on it yet. I am experiencing difficulty getting an RMA from SupermediaStore on it, but the quality of the product appears solid. It seems to take unusually long for orders to be shipped from time of ordering. Since it is shipping from the West coast it takes at least 4 days ground anyway, so any delay in order processing adds to the time.
