Sony LTX100G LTO Tape Ultrium-1 100/200GB Data Cartridge

Sony's LTO media provides high reliability and durability which is achieved by using a magnetic layer formed by ultra-thin coating technology, enabling high-density recording and high output. Sony's precision tape manufacturing technology brings out the full potential of LTO for high reliability back-up.

100GB native capacity / 200GB compressed capacity. Transfer rate of 10-20 MB/s uncompressed and 20-40 MB/s compressed. Qualified by the LTO TPC (Technology Provider Companies) which guarantees Sony LTO cartridges are fully qualified for all LTO Ultrium drives in both stand-alone and automated systems.

Advanced binder system minimizes tape and head wear. High speed file access. Data position and media error are stored on a 4KB memory chip.
