I'm not very happy with this system. The middle drive doesn't seem to want to burn while the others are running, if you try to make 3 copies of a disc at once the middle drive fails, but you can burn on it alone. Also a lot of my movies are burned on regular 4.7GB discs but for some reason when I try to duplicate them on another 4.7GB disc it tells me the discs doesn't have enough space. I called the Tech support and was told my master discs were over burned, even though they were also 4.7GB discs. Personally I believe this machine is just a piece of ccrrap because all these discs duplicated fine on my other system before it expired and I can still duplicate them on my personal computer. This duplicator is also very slow, much slower than my old duplicator or my computer. Most movies take at least 10 - 15 or more to duplicate, my computer will duplicate faster than that. If you do a lot of duplication then avoid this product. (I mis-spelled Ccrap on purpose because this site considers that word profanity...unbelievable!) Shop elsewhere.
