I bought the 1 gig version of this drive. I think I used it less than a dozen times. Copied files on and kept it in a drawer. It was never stressed or dropped. Well, the sliding design is a mistake. Something electrical disconnects and you have a paperweight. I'm going to try a drive with the cap on the end instead of anything with moving parts.
