After having to return the same item since it didn't work at all with the printer I have (everything was correct, the actual cartridge just refused to work), I bought this again and this time it actually worked. Hopefully next time when I buy a new cartridge (specifically this one) I don't have to deal with a non working cartridge.

Had to return toner - incompatible with samsung scx-3405fw printer

The printer was not able to recognize the toner after a dozen power cycles. This was the troubleshooting offered in the instructions. I called and received a prompt response for an RMA and shipped the package back via FedEx on 2/9. I am currently waiting on a credit to my account which they said could take several days. I went and bought the OEM toner and it worked first time.
