I have ordered toner for 2 different printers and both products were great. product was exactly as stated and had no problem with either one. The only comment I do have is I ordered product on the 9th and didn't receive until 17th. Although as I tracked the product it left the orignation the same day as ordered - however it took (five) 5 days to leave CA. Not sure you have control over that - but I will be pleased to order from your company. Ms. Ross
