have used several of these 4 cart sets, and always satisfied. The compatibility tags all read as a new cartridge so what more can you ask for. We use about 3000+ pages a month on general printing including photo pages (not on glossy photo paper but duplicating pages). I don't recommend laser for photo anyway as most times in my experiences the toner won't bond properly. All I can say is GREAT .

This product was very easy to order and also very convenient in that I could order it online and it would be shipped to me without having to constantly run to the store for ink. Unfortunately, we've had some problems with the toner not working with our printer. Some of the cartridges didn't even fit properly like they were supposed to so we couldn't use them, and some of the cartridges would fit, but not work. The printer would give us an error saying that it was an invalid cartridge and to replace it. And then we couldn't print anything until we went and got another new cartridge. So unfortunately I won't be ordering this anymore because of these problems.
