Works fine for data in a BENQ DW1650

Pros: Fast Burn Time
Best Uses: xvid HDTV shows

Burned fast and fine. Even burned at 8.47 max. BENQ's Qsuite utility allowed me to set the burner to media overspeed (12X by accident) I burned a disk at this speed but the WOPC (walking optimum power control) only let the speed get up to 8.47 toward the end of a 3.8+ gig burn. I put many 350Meg files on some DVD's along with MD5 check files. All verified perfectly. Great timesaver for shuttling avi's. Don't know about results with mastered video DVD's but would expect same.
