Good if all you need is a cheap drive

I bought this drive because it was cheap for the amount of space provided (2 GB) and relatively non-hideous. When it arrived, I tried to attach the lanyard, but realized this is an impossible feat, as the hole for the lanyard is very small and not rounded, so the lanyard goes in but cannot make the 90-degree turn necessary to exit the passage (even with the aid of a crochet hook). Good thing I bought this drive to store documents at work in my desk and not for portability. I also discovered that the cap/cover will only snap on one way - if you flip it around 180-degrees, it looks like it could fit on, but it does not. All-in-all, this is a cheaply-made product that looks and feels like a cheaply-made product. It works, though, so that's a plus!

The cover comes off very easily, the connector is not "standard" and am worried about the exposure of that much metal to the elements as well as scratching it up from use. The connector also appears to be somewhat flimsy. Overall it just appears the durability of the connector end is in question.
