I was using my digicam and got a nag screen about needing to clean the tape head and didn't have a cleaner for this. I searched online and these guys had the best deal. The price was good, the pack and ship was good, and it works just fine. It's easy to use, just pop it in and follow the directions (basically, hit "play" - but only for a certain amount of time and so on... it's worth reading the directions so as to not screw your cam up).

I started to see little digital black out squares in my recordings and my camcorder actually told me the heads needed cleaning, which they did. Cuz I bought this thing and used it once and wow! what a difference it made, and this was on a fairly new digital tape camcorder. I will never be without one ever again, clean recordings every time now. Pop it in, count to 3 and pop it out and you're all done. Perfect recordings ever since!
