Purchased in Dec '07. Print quality is great, but it has problems with the transport to the printer. We usually print 30 to 50 copies at a time and it will usually jam at least once per run. A friend has the Bravo and he loves it.

I've owned one about 9 months. It still makes beautiful prints. However, after the first couple thousand discs, the feed mechanism became unreliable -- it won't consistently feed discs into the machine. Forget about stacking 50 discs and walking away -- this thing needs constant attention because of all the jams. I use the specified media, and very carefully (and gingerly) load a few discs at a time in it, but I'm lucky if it will run 5 discs consecutively without jamming. Heck, two in a row is a stretch!
