It seems like it's OK(?)!

I have used these blank DL DVDs for some time now, and I rarely have coasters like some folks report. I don't use these to archive movies and data, because I have concerns about their longevity...particularly when the manufacturer doesn't provide much of a warranty. There is a lot of talk about Discs losing their information due to cheap dyes that some manufacturers us, but I haven't experienced it yet...so I hope these will hold up and meet the test of time(???)!!! I do use another brand that's more expensive, but they back their product up with a lifetime warranty...so maybe we all know how this will turn out in the long run. Still, they are cheap, and I don't use them for my own archives, and instead send these off to friends & business acquaintances who will probably only use them once and they will be used immediately. Time will tell whether or not this is a product worthy of praise.

I can't honestly compare the memorex to another brand because this is the only type of DL DVD I've used. I never had a reason to try another. It's priced reasonably and it works every time. I have yet to have a failed burn with this media. So I am very happy with the purchase.

I have purchased this product before and have used all of them. I only had one failure in making copies with them and it was caused by a finger print on the source disc. My fault. Great product.
