Very Poor Shipping and Shipping Packaging! How Poor?!? 1 Star each!!

I am not at all a grump or crank when it comes to rating companies online that ship items to their customers. I have ordered far bulkier items over the internet that offered “Free Basic Shipping” and rated them well. All of them were received a ton faster (several days) than this simple cake box of 50 DVD’s that took about 10 days to receive! Also, when they finally did arrive the cake box of DVD’s was put upside down in a box on lying on some bubble wrap with nothing at all protecting the other side of the cake box from jolts or droppage!! I haven’t tried using any of the DVD’s yet because the project I was going to use them for isn’t finished, But I’m betting from the look of the box the DVD’s arrived in and the poor way the bottom of the DVD’s were protected in that box that more than a few will fail to write properly. Seriously Supermediastore.com your price was competitive but your customers expect and deserve more!
