After a false start regarding replacing a faulty product a telephone call (instead of "CHAT") resolved the problem. SUPERMEDIA came through with flying colors.

could not get first one to format. got runaround on first "chat" that SUPERMEDIA would not replace - only refund but I was adamant that I wanted the item at the special price. A phone call resolved the issue and I got replacement which worked fine after another format problem. Bottom line - product fine - SUPERMEDIA chat on line was not OK.

Arrived in padded envelope. It works, no problems. Yeah, it'd be nice to have a case for it but someone else mentioned it here so I wasn't surprised it was not included. Price point, I suppose. Oh well.
