Just received the machine yesterday....[...] in perfect shape. Even though the machine is extremely basic, it works great. You just put the cd's or dvd's in the individual drive trays and it does the rest. The cd's play back on my cd player perfectly and the dvd's play back on the computer or dvd player hooked to the tv. I've burned 15 copies already and will be burning a few more before stopping. If you want the machine to do additional things I wouldn't recommend it but just know that it's a basic touch and go machine which is all I wanted. How long it'll last...no way to know...but so far so good [...]

The instruction sheet needs to make it clear that the upper tray is the No.1 tray for the original disc and that this disk is to be loaded first and the drawer shut, after which the blank disc in the lower (#2) tray can be loaded and the tray closed. It would also help to tell users the sequence to expect from the green LED when everything is working properly. Otherwise, this unit is a fine, inexpensive and simple machine.

I had the challenge to make over 100 copies of dvd's from my husband's high school reunion. It was over 35 minutes of pictures, video, and audio. Each copy took less than 3 minutes to copy. This was AWESOME considering doing it on my computer took 32 minutes for each copy.

Supermediastore should be ashamed of not putting a disclaimer at the beginning of any of their descriptions of this product saying that it does not copy any copy written DVD. In all the reviews of people raving about all the stuff this thing can do, no one ever mentions that it can't copy a basic retail DVD to take on vacation with you. As far I am concerned its useless. Also doesn't have any user interface at all, it just beeps at you like R2D2. Good luck!
