need quality control on this item

initial order was for 2 #20 cartridges and 1 black #50. The #50 was good, but both of the 20's printed only magenta on one cart, and yellow on #2. Both 20's were returned and replaced. One of the replacements worked fine, the other printed with skips on cyan and magenta. I received a credit for the defective unit but I would rather have a working spare. now I will have to order more replacements.

some problems, only one of four cartridges worked properly

two of two cartridges received on initial order were defective. One cartridge only printed yellow, the second only printed magenta. Both were returned. Of two replacement cartridges only one worked properly. the second cartridge skipped on cyan and red nozzles.

I was going to rid myself of my Lexmark printer because the ink was so expensive. I had purchased other types of ink besides Lexmark and they had not worked but the ink I purchased Lexmark 20 (15M0120) Tri-Color Remanufactured Inkjet/Ink Cartridge which worked great and now I will keep and use my Lexmark printer because I can afford it with this remanufactured cartidge..
