Pros: Easy to Install, Well Designed, Easy to Use, Durable, Safe

This product is great. You plug it into a socket at it starts reading off how much energy you are using. The ONLY con that I can think of is that is takes up a lot of wall space for only having 1 plug - you can use a 6-plug adapter of course, but then you dont know how much each product is using, only the extension as a whole

Works fine, but . . .

If it were better designed, it wouldn't need to take up both sockets when plugged in, but it does. I've seen other reviews of people complaining that it takes an hour to figure out your kWh uses, or the watts reads zero if the wattage is low. You can just read the amps value to figure out the wattage over time. It does give fractional amp readings. I'm not sure how well calibrated it is, because a separate voltmeter gives me 118 v, while this thing reads 123v. But you can still get a sense of the amps drawn.

Could be designed better.

It's an inexpensive way to read how much power is used. But it is rather difficult to use due to its wall-wart design and lack of memory. Electronics especially are often plugged in at difficult to reach and read areas, making reading the output of the kill-a-watt more difficult than it needs to be.
