I have purchased two other remanufacturred cartridges from SuperMedia.com before - both worked fine in my printer. However, this cartridge did not work when I installed it - my printer said that the cartridge was incompatible. I was very disappointed - I am now in the process of returning the cartridge to SuperMedia.com. I'm asking them to replace it. If possible, I'll update this review later regarding my return experience.
