First order never came. Had to call customer service to track old order and found it was lost at distribution location. They were fast to change to different shipper and sent out another free of charge that arrived on time.

Price good but not worth the trouble

don't get me wrong the price are great for the ink, but the trouble that I have to go through is not worth it. I have to wiggle and reset the printer every time I print. My cannon printer keep giving me error message shown that the cartridge is not compatible.
