Great value, if they worked

I, like some other reviewers I've seen, was unable to get these cartridges to work. I placed the old chip on the new cartridge as instructed and the printer "did not recognize". I just called Super Media Store and they gave me an RMA for a refund. I'll have to cover the shipping but now I know for the future! Still love the prices and products Super Media Store offers. I recommend getting cartridges WITH the chips however.
