Received two individually packaged cartridges 4-Black, 1-Color. Overall order was correct, but confusing.

Purchased a Lexmark Cartrige from Staples - Defective - no Red Ink.

First cartrige I opened from you had no yellow ink.

Will continue to buy from you. Problem was with mfg.
