My only problem was that the black cartridges did not fit my printer. I did not realize whaen I bought the combo that these would be different, I thought by reading what was in the combo I was getting a compatable black cartridge because it says this ,18 Pack Canon PGI-5/CLI-8 (PGI5/CLI8. It does not say that the black is not compatable with my printer. When I searched for the ink, I used my printer so why would it give me a combo that does not work???. The return policy is nice, you are paying to ship it back but now I have to buy the black cartridges seperatly and loose the combo pack pricing. Wayne Ross
