I do a lot of charts and graphics and go through cartridges like popcorn on my Canon MP830. These compatible cartridges are great in both quality and price. Photos are rendered in bright colors and I'm hard pressed to see any difference in output between my OEM and these substitute cartridges. Too soon to make any comments about longevity of the inks. One caveat. Be careful when removing the top tape tabs because depending on how the cartridges were bounced about during transit there may be a few drops of ink hiding under the pull off tab.

One cartridge is leaking and will have to be returned. I really hate having to do that. It's inconvenient, a hassle, time-consuming. It requires contacting you to get instructions, making a special trip to the post office, and the cost reduces my savings. The other thing is that my MP500 requires 5 cartridges, not 4, and I could not find the 5th cartridge in your store. Bummer. I would recommend your store for pretty good ease of use, but not as easy as I'd like.
