This generic HP compatible toner cartridge worked fine for the first month. The print was a little light...but I accepted that because I paid less than half of the HP brand toner. Last night I tried to print and it started to make strange noises. After taking the cartridge out several times, I realized the tube (I don't know what it's called...) had toner all over it and would not spin. I will be contacting supermediastore to see what I can do about this first thing tomorrow morning. I probably only got about 200-300 pages (not very dense) out of it. It was advertised as a "HIGH YIELD" cartridge...and should have been advertised as a "EXTREMELY LOW YIELD/QUALITY". BUYER BEWARE.

Prints were good, but stopped well short of 7000 pages. We were only able to get 4500 pages out of the first cartridge. We purchased two, so we will see how many we will get out of the next. Still cheaper then buying OEM.
