good product - reliable - well it's HP after all

the rebate was a bit of a pain. in order to cut the UPC codes from the boxes I accidentally punctured one of the sealed plastic bags. don't know how this will affect shelf life. - but good product and good company. I am a return customer to Supermedia store.

I have tried the less $ refilled carts or off brands and have to admit they are not worth it. I wound up not being able to use them or they leak so back to the real thing. The price at Supermedia was nothing special but they delivered super fast and showed the gift card offer that HP had going on at the time whereas Staples did not.

Have bought stuff from Supermedia in the past and typically their prices are a GOOD DEAL better than most sites. Always happy with my purchase.
