Black cartridge defective

I need to send back the black cartridge, as it started dripping when I purt it in the printer. I need to send this back, which means I will have to pay shipping cost, which stinks. But I am hoping this company will offer to reimburse me for the shipping, and replace my cartridge with one that works.

I think you need to pay more attention to the tracking information, because mine was wrong. USPS could not provide any information with that number. The shipping was great, but I did not know that until a little while ago. I intend to do more business with you in the future.
